It is in good condition. We have owned it since 1985. It has always been
an Arizona trailer. It has a few minor dings on the outside, the front
door needs work but it still latches and locks. The interior is still
original birch wood. It has not been painted over or stripped out. It
has a frig and stove but they are not original. There is a queen size
bed in the back. All the glass is still original. The bathroom glass is
missing. In the front of the bathroom door the floor is a little soft
from water from the shower. It has ythe original funky wallpaper on the
kitchen walls. We have used this trailer for many years and we thought
of restoration but we have too many projects now. We put four new tires
on it in 2002.
